The Pre-Arrival Member Events Agent is responsible for managing and confirming member event reservations, tours, and vacation package bookings through the Ticket Manager system. This role ensures reservation accuracy, verifies guest eligibility, collects applicable fees, maintains guest records, and delivers exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and support successful tour and event operations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding event bookings, tour confirmations, and vacation packages.
- Schedule, confirm, and update member event, resort, and tour reservations.
- Verify guest and tour eligibility requirements and communicate package details, pricing, and promotional information.
- Collect fees, process documentation, and maintain accurate booking and guest records.
- Manage event guest lists and ensure reservations meet quality and compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Document customer interactions and reservation updates in company systems.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and performance goals.
Required
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, call center operations, event coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, timeshare/vacation ownership, reservations, member services, or event coordination.
- Familiarity with Ticket Manager or similar reservation management systems.
- Knowledge of tour qualification processes and promotional package programs.
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven call center environment.
