This position focuses on identifying, growing, and improving hotel channels to increase direct and indirect revenue or savings for Hilton Grand Vacations. - Secure and maintain property partnerships centered on room night agreements for timeshare products. Cultivate marketing relationships with HGV, Hilton Worldwide, and third-party partners to decrease the financial burden of room nights associated with timeshare fulfillment.
- Provide consultative services in a highly-matrixed environment, selecting, growing, and optimizing relationships with property partners.
- Engage targeted market segments to achieve the most affordable rate for room nights.
- Identify and initiate relations with key properties and create plans for each property to lower contracted rates.
- Develop a streamlined, accountable process to capture and update the status of all property partnership agreements. Ensure the terms are consistent and contracts are completed, enforced, and renewed on time.
- Leverage partnerships on behalf of strategic and tactical marketing objectives.
- Negotiate collaboration agreements for room nights to reduce the cost.
- Review and suggest adjustments in processes, procedures, and expenses throughout the fiscal year to ensure optimal financial results.
- Initiate and direct collaborative efforts of multiple teams, including external resources and other constituent groups. Establish and maintain regular communications with these groups as appropriate.
- Apply key financial and statistical information to support the organization’s core objectives.
- Identify, prioritize, and carry out all elements necessary to fulfill responsibilities in line with core strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation across multiple teams to ensure a broader understanding of and joint effort on core strategic goals.
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities, capable of confidently engaging any audience or constituent group.
- Capability to originate and organize concepts, statistical data, and other information for effective communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively tackle and collaborate on issues.
- Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
- Capability to develop problem-solving skills among team members.
- Strategic perspective to evaluate and find opportunities, develop, prioritize, and implement plans to meet the organization’s core strategic goals, including budgetary responsibility.
- Providing leadership through example, with the aptitude to initiate change, address conflicts, and encourage teamwork among senior executives. Upholding rigorous standards of ethical integrity and moral conduct.
- Experience in partnership or client development or working for a creative/direct marketing agency, with extensive experience supporting clients in travel, hospitality, or financial card industries.
