What will I be doing?
As a Tour Dispatcher, you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our diverse culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Your duties include, but not limited to:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls to gather and coordinate tour information while also providing support for the production team members and management.
- Accurately input tour data and guest information in the Company database.
- Check availability for guest tours and tours information.
- Search and research guest names and tour history in company database.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all tour booking activity.
- Responsible for daily deposit log of concierge tour deposits.
- Create and distribute daily reports of departmental activity.
- Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position.

Must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent – 6 months minimum previous customer service experience
- Previous experience with handling a multi-phone lines is a must plus computer experience in MS Word and Outlook.
- Proven high proficiency using strong, clear verbal communication skills.
- Have open availability to work any day of the week, and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
- Prior data entry experience.
