REBRANDING OF THE MODERN A HILTON VACATION CLUB

This week, HGV hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the newly rebranded The Modern, a Hilton Vacation Club in Waikiki.

Alongside the traditional HGV ribbon-cutting ceremony, the memorable day also featured a Hawaiian blessing and the untying of a Maile lei. The untying of the Maile lei represents the spirit of aloha while the Hawaiian blessing is a traditional Hawaii ceremony commemorating the opening of a new building or space. In true island style, attendees who included executive leaders, Team Members and local dignitaries, also enjoyed live entertainment.

The Modern, a Hilton Vacation Club features a mix of modern and contemporary interior design with light-filled spaces, custom furnishings and unique artwork.

Guests staying at the rebranded property can enjoy their stay with a relaxing stroll down to Waikiki beach, take part at world-class shopping at the nearby Ala Moana Shopping Center or enjoy a quick workout at the fitness center. Additionally, they can find time to unwind at the Sunrise Pool and indulge in locally sourced dining at the on-site restaurant The Grove, complete with open-air dining and marina views.
