Pay: $17.50 -$18.75 hourly

- Provide guests with personalized recommendations for exploring Chicago’s attractions and events.
- Handle guest requests promptly, offering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area, reflecting our commitment to hospitality.
- Monitor guest occupancy and manage room assignments effectively.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with guest billing and payment inquiries, providing accurate and timely support.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create a cohesive and exceptional guest journey.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, representing Hotel Blake’s reputation.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- A collaborative mindset, willing to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and guest management software.
- Knowledge of Chicago’s attractions and transportation options is an asset.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
