As a In House Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales and service
- Staffs and manages the team’s talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance
- Develops, maintains, and monitors individual and group performance reports of the on-property team
- Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management

- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
