As the Director of Marketing, you will lead and coordinate all local marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified prospects for the Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) Sales Gallery at Parc Soleil in Orlando, FL. Your primary objective is to meet or exceed production goals and efficiency targets while driving exceptional guest experiences and team performance.
Shape Strategy
- Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to exceed goals for tour flow, cost-per-sale efficiency, and net volume.
- Recruit, hire, and train team members for marketing programs.
- Build strong partnerships with Resort Operations, Sales, and Direct Marketing teams.
- Oversee and optimize tour flow for the Sales Center.
- Design and implement processes for marketing programs and reward/recognition initiatives to boost team engagement and retention.
- Champion Hilton’s culture of quality customer care across all marketing channels.
- Maintain performance standards, compensation plans, and reporting for marketing programs.
- Cultivate relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants, and hotel partners to support regional marketing needs.

Drive future business through face-to-face bounce-back and event marketing initiatives.
Drive Execution
- Coordinate tour schedules and availability with administrative and direct marketing teams.
- Ensure guest satisfaction for all direct marketing booked tours.
- Resolve marketing-related guest issues and handle non-qualified tours.

Maintain a strong marketing presence at Sales Centers, property events, and special activities
Build and Lead Talent
- Provide ongoing training to maximize production and team development.
- Partner with HR to ensure new team members attend orientation and required training.
- Organize workshops and team-building sessions to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Mentor team members in guest service and booking best practices.
- Aim for Results
- Supervise marketing coordinators’ sales pitches and guest interactions.
- Facilitate marketing initiatives on the floor and recover no-shows or canceled tours.
- Ensure bounce-back packages are offered to guests unable to tour.
- Engage guests proactively at all touchpoints in the lobby.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and maintain goal achievement.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within vacation ownership marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-site and area-specific prospect generation programs.
- Excellent communication, training, and team-building skills.

- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and other hours as business needs require.
