Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for their next leader to join us in taking St. Maarten- Flamingo Beach to higher levels. The Director of Sales provides ongoing support to the Area & Regional VP of Sales and is responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating sales activities for our Action Line & In-House sales team.
This role is perfect for an established leader who is ready for that next step in their industry career. We believe in forming a team for success, therefor you MUST have manager or above timeshare experience of no less than 2 years prior to submitting your resume to review.
Compensation/Benefits:
Relocation package available. Base Annual Rate of $75,000 plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The Direct of Sales has targeted annual earnings of $200,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- 2 years of management experience in the timeshare industry
- 2 years of consistent record to train and empower individuals in the field of direct sales
Details : Attain sales objectives and bottom line profit. Maintain company minimum sales performance standards. Set clear, well-defined, and reasonable goals for each associate and lead all aspects of staff in the development of sales strategies to meet established goals. Hire, recruit, train, and develop staff. Conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and coaching sessions. Handle disciplinary action and or terminations. Assist sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation and explanation of relevant documentation for completing sales transactions. Responsible for site meeting or exceeding budgeted expectations by increasing sales opportunities while controlling commissions and administrative costs. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Motivating and mentoring the sales team to achieve budgeted sales goals. Assisting with and conducting sales and training meetings (one-on-one and group). Ensuring that management and staff are aware of and carry out all of Hilton Grand Vacations HR policies and procedures. Maintain excellent customer service.
