Sales Representative – In-House

How You’ll Shine:

• Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations with owners in our state-of-the-art sales center
• Establish commonality and build rapport with current owners
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Hilton Grand Vacations
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and applying accurate closing techniques
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
• Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends
• Provide follow-up with owners to increase retention and client satisfaction
• All leads are provided and prequalified by Hilton’s award-winning on-site marketing team!

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle
• Ability to handle rejection
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor within a high-energy environment
• General knowledge of smart devices

Compensation Package:

Pay: $95,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
