As an Owner Program Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising the Owner Program Agents and initiating programs to improve telemarketing operations. By providing direction for our telemarketing division, your goal is to increase package sales and Volume per Guest while ensuring the highest degree of customer service. You would also be responsible for reviewing and providing input on all new scripts, rebuttals, and sales presentations. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience and the ability to train, coach, mentor, schedule, and assist with evaluating staff.
- Supervise assigned divisions within the Telemarketing Department.
- Various personnel administrative tasks.
- Listen attentively to employees; follow through on their suggestions and comments.
- Read and evaluate job-related literature to increase job knowledge.
- Prepare employee time schedules.
- Oversee all outbound team members and Team Lead.
- Work closely with the Telemarketing Manager and Training/Recruiting Manager to ensure quality programs, compliance with policies and procedures, and timely responses to employee relations issues.
- Provide ongoing sales training.
- Maintain a highly motivated work environment through positive input along with ethical and advanced sales and customer service training.
- Evaluate new and/or potential and existing employees.
- Actively participate in hiring and termination processes.
- Monitor calls, coach, and counsel Telemarketing Representatives.
- Takeover (TO) whenever needed to take down a deal.
- Facilitate open communication with other Sales departments and Reservation/Customer Care teams.
- Promote team awareness of goals and achievements!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of owner-market experience
- Minimum of one year of call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Supervisory experience
