Position Statement:

セールスギャラリーコーディネーター(SGC) としてS&Mビジネスオペレーションズのゲストサービスに所属し、H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、セールス部のバケーションギャラリーにおいて発生するレセプション業務および営業事務業務全般を行う。

Position Summary:
SGCとして、H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、ブランドの品位を保ちつつ、以下の業務を行う。
    プロフェッショナルな対面接客および電話対応
    来場者スケジュールのアップデート（当日キャンセル、当日予約など）
    バケーションギャラリーにおける来場者のチェックイン業務
    SEアサイン表の作成、来場者のアサイン業務
    Chorus/Clarity/Voiceシステムの操作（来場者の担当SE/SL入力、ツアー情報入力、コメント入力など）
    ツアー参加特典の金券、ギフトの管理、発送手配
    バケーションギャラリーおよびオフィスの書類管理
    バケーションギャラリーにて使用する資料やパンフレット、セールスツールの管理、補充
    顧客へのアフターフォローのサポート
    ビジネスマネジメントおよびアカウンティングの規定に沿った支払い関連業務の遂行（発注、請求書処理、稟議書申請、入金依頼など）
    他ギャラリーや他部署との連携・サポート
    ギャラリー運営に関連するホテルやベンダーとの対外業務
    マーケティングが運営する「ラウンジ」のサポート
    その他マネジメントから指示される業務遂行

Required Qualifications:
    ホスピタリティおよびサービス精神
    書物/物品の整理整頓およびファイリングスキル
    マルチタスク
    指示待ちではなく、自発的に業務を見出す能力
    突発業務への柔軟性
    高いコミュニケーション能力
    接客スキル
    基本レベルの英語スキル(英語表記システムの使用程度)
    Word, Excelの基本スキル
