You:
– Are an excellent guest service ambassador, always engaging with guests with a genuine smile and with true pleasure for service.
– Act ethically and with integrity representing the company and your department.
– Strive to be the best in what you do.
– Maintain a smart personal appearance at all times.
– Are a team player, within your team and with all the teams.
– Are responsible for your actions and have a proactive approach and demanding attention to detail.
– Act with a sense of urgency when dealing with guests and team members.
Your Role:
– Management of direct reservations and cancellations.
– Perform check-in and check-out and follow up on guest requests.
– Ensure a fantastic welcoming for our guests and excellence in service as a whole.
– Handle complaints, request and compliments from guests.
– Charge expenses in the guests account.
– Sell and upsell, inform and promote the various services and activities of the resort.
– Communicate and escalate promptly any anomaly found in the product and service or that as occurred with a guest.
– Ensure that the front-desk is organized clean and tidy at all times.
– Participate in the ESG initiatives of the resort and the company
