Location: 3919 East Parkway, Gatlinburg
What will I be doing?
- Ability to climb stairs, inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair. To include conducting daily building rounds, assessment of all areas of all buildings.
- Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job.
- Climb ladders up to 40 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead.
- Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with or without accommodations.
