Sales Representative – Action Line

We are currently seeking highly motivated, experienced Action Line Vacation Ownership Sales professionals to join our growing sales team at the Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. 

As an Action Line Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You’ll build meaningful relationships, offering them the chance to own a piece of our world-class destinations. This exciting role lets you meet guests face-to-face, spend quality time building rapport, showcase our stunning resort and amenities, and warmly invite them to become part of our family by making a purchase today.

• Potential six-figure income with the most competitive compensation structure in the industry.
  • $60,000 – $80,000 for first year sales representatives, rookies of the year come in $100,000 – $110,000 and top reps $150,000 – $250,000 + with some performers coming in the $300,000 – $400,000 range.

What will you be doing as a Team Member?

• Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Set bold goals and work diligently to exceed sales targets, driving the team’s success.
• Engage in face-to-face sales interactions.
• Benefit from qualified leads provided to you, eliminating the need for prospecting or lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and marketing within luxury goods, face-to-face sales roles, or the service sector is advantageous.
• Proficient in rapport building, value-based selling, negotiating, and closing
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays
