  • 最低 2 年以上のプロフェッショナルカスタマーサービス経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力
  • PC スキル（Excel/Word/Outlook 等）
  • 日本語スキル（会話・読み書き ネイティブレベル）
  • 英語スキル（読み書き中心 TOEIC600以上）
  • 環境や状況の変化に応じて、柔軟かつ臨機応変に対応できる方
     

また、以下の条件をお持ちの方を歓迎いたします。

  • インバウンドコールセンター経験
  • 旅行・航空業界などホスピタリティ業界経験
  • 国内外を問わず幅広い旅行知識と経験
