Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. This job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities and other essential functions expected of an incumbent. Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Prior experience monitoring and entertaining children required.
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred. Childcare techniques, child safety hazards, OSHA safety requirements, quality services fundamentals, corporate policies and procedures
- Proactive, attentive, self-control with the ability to maintain a safe environment for children and keep them entertained. Strong monitoring capability with a patient and calm personality. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact well with children, parents and co-workers.
