As an In-House Sales Executive at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for communicating and selling Hilton Grand Vacations’ ownership products and programs to our owners. Your objective is to maximize net sales volume while upholding a professional and ethical representation of the company.

What will you be doing as a Team Member?
· Actively engage with our portfolio of members and guests
· Professionally represent HGV products and services, meeting and exceeding company and personal sales goals for the assigned market.
· Manage leads and handle dispositions as needed
· Uphold the highest degree of professionalism and integrity in representing the product and HGVC, ensuring proper business etiquette and responsibilities are maintained at all times.
· Attend all departmental sales training and development programs.
· Maintains optimal levels of performance metrics, including cancellation and default rates.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year of experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
· Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods, face-to-face sales role, or services sector is a plus
· Proficient in rapport building, value-based selling, negotiating, and closing
· A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen
