How You’ll Shine:
- Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
- Communicate the benefits of traveling with Hilton Grand Vacations
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
- Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends
- Provide follow-up with owners to increase retention and client satisfaction
- All leads are provided and prequalified by Hilton’s award-winning on-site marketing team!
Compensation Package:
Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
- Bonus Opportunities
- Paid Training at $20/hour for the first 60 days plus sales incentives.
- Monthly Bonus
- Uncapped Commission
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle
- Ability to handle rejection
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
- General knowledge of smart devices
