May be responsible for one or more of the following with an emphasis on planning and implementing property renovations though-out the HGV, HVC, Bluegreen and all brands.

• Defining scope of work with our internal cliental and conveying clear directions to design team.
• Establish budget for the work through estimating; establish practical project time.
• Negotiate and prepare appropriate agreements for all parties necessary in the execution of the work, including bid packages and contract documents.
• Provide proper analysis of business partners, of the bids received with a recommendation for selection of the general contractor.
• Establish communication procedures and set up appropriate tracking of necessary approvals.
• Work with appropriate designers and engineers to ensure all standards are met.
• Work with the purchasing group to ensure budgets and timetables are met.
• Ensure that drawings are correct and coordinated so that appropriate scope is defined between consultants of different expertise.
• Assure that execution of project is performed in a professional manor, and all documentation is in order.
• Ensure invoices are reviewed for conformance with documentation requirements and the completion status.

• Completes all the required Company training/compliance courses assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

• 5+ years of project management related experience
• Ability to effectively lead teams and redirect work as needed
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong skills in time management
• Ability to coordinate and lead multiple priorities
• Performs well with frequent disruptions or distractions
