What will I be doing?
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Resolve guest issues or escalate concerns as appropriate to management
- Provide information on property amenities, services, and local attractions
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and rate changes using the property management system (PMS)
- Process payments, room charges, and refunds accurately
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data confidentiality
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest need
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Follow safety, security, and emergency protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
What we are looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn PMS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
