We are looking for a Full Time Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Sunrise Ridge Resort, an outstanding resort located at the doorstep of America’s most visited national park. In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests.

Main Responsibilities:
- Greets guests and owners on arrival.
- Check in/out guests.
- Generates folio and collects payments.
- Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
- Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
What are we looking for?
- No experience required
- A professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize.
