Job Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, pricing, drawings, and reports.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Support communication between internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document control.
• Help manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date records in project management systems and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Fluent Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or construction or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction experience is a bonus but not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the construction and hospitality industry.
