Construction Specialist

Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, pricing, drawings, and reports.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Support communication between internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document control.
- Help manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date records in project management systems and spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Fluent Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or construction or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction experience is a bonus but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the construction and hospitality industry.
