Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Senior Manager, Design, who will lead a team of talented print and print-production graphic designers in a fast-paced, consumer-direct in-house agency. This role requires a seasoned creative leader with 8-10 years of professional experience, including proven management capabilities in a remote environment and expert proactive communication. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for driving agency-level creative output, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering compelling visual storytelling that resonates with any given target audience.

Position Summary:
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of graphic designers focused on print and production deliverables
- Oversee the creative development of all brand and campaign design products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, digital design, account management, print-production, traffic, and copywriters to ensure creative strategies align with business goals
- Oversee all agency-level presentations to executive leadership, external clients, etc
- Ensure all creative output meets brand standards, timelines and production specifications
- Provide clear creative direction and timely feedback to team members
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Stay current on design trends, production techniques, and travel industry insights to keep our creative relevant and fresh
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expert brand ideation and understanding, as well as expert print-production experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing creative teams
- Expertise in Adobe Creative products, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Expert understanding of presentation prep utilizing Creative Suite or PowerPoint
- Expertise in photo editing
- Expertise working effectively within a project management software
- Experience within the travel, hospitality or lifestyle sectors is a plus
- Experience with Figma is a plus
