As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting and selling world-class vacation packages within Great Wolf Lodge. We provide comprehensive training and proven sales techniques to ensure your success.

What will you be doing as a Vacation Sales Ambassador Team Member?
· Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
· Develop positive relationships with customers and team members
· Set bold goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success
· Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored vacation solutions
· Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations by offering a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
· Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
What are we looking for in team members?
· Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
· Previous sales experience preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Enthusiastic and can-do personality
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Demonstrated success in commission-based sales across sectors such as luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, solar, restaurants, or finance
