What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Coordinate staff scheduling according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees
- Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk
- Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness
- Displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct
- Ensures hotel is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA

- Basic computer and social skills.

- Bi-lingual – Spanish or French/Creole and English.
