Como Operador/a de villas usted será responsable de:
Dar respuesta inmediata y seguimiento a los problemas en un tiempo no mayor a 10 minutos.
En caso de que el problema sea mayor, informar al supervisor, para que este dirija el pendiente a la persona especializada.
Dar seguimiento a los reportes de averías de Ama de llaves de las habitaciones fuera de servicio.
Reportar las reparaciones a realizar.
Operar el buen funcionamiento de las habitaciones de acuerdo al programa establecido.
