We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at Wilderness Club at Big Cedar. What will I be doing:
- Direct and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians and Grounds persons.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate the maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to build a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve their full potential.
- Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for maintenance operations.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for:
- High School Diploma.
- 3-5 years of building and/or property maintenance.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
