- 最低 2 年以上のプロフェッショナルカスタマーサービス経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- PC スキル（Excel/Word/Outlook 等）
- 日本語スキル（会話・読み書き ネイティブレベル）
- 英語スキル（読み書き中心 TOEIC600以上）
- 環境や状況の変化に応じて、柔軟かつ臨機応変に対応できる方
