What will I be doing?

Como Agente de Seguridad usted será responsable de:

Detectar situaciones, condiciones, actitudes o cualquier evento que esté fuera de lo normal de la operación del hotel y que en algún momento ponga en riesgo el bien y la seguridad de las instalaciones, huéspedes o team members.

Realizar recorridos regulares en áreas clave del Resort, como pasillos, estacionamiento, áreas públicas y de servicio, etc.
Controlar los accesos a zonas restringidas o exclusivos del personal.
Detectar comportamientos sospechosos y prevenir incidentes.
Revisar alarmas y sistemas contra incendio para garantizar que están en funcionamiento.
Elaborar reportes y registrar detalles de cualquier irregularidad o emergencia, así como las acciones tomadas.

Guided by our commitment to mālama and #HGVServes, a group of Waikoloa Team Members lent their time and effort to prepare and serve 741 meals to those in need. The team also helped at the church's thrift store, sorting donations and organizing the space. We're proud to make a positive impact and strengthen our bond with the Waimea community. "Serving is what our teams do best, and we're always thrilled when we're able to serve those in our communities," said Freddy L., general manager of Ocean Tower. "These are our neighbors and community members who take care of us everyday, so we're eager to be able to do the same for them and provide warm meals. This is the second time we're supporting St. James, and we look forward to doing it many more times."
