Qualifications:
- Must have a Florida Real Estate License.
- Proven timeshare sales experience, with previous in-house experience required.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and most major holidays.
