We are now seeking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Shore Crest Vacation Villas in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Don’t miss out the opportunity to work in a phenomenal resort in a wonderful environment. As a Maintenance Tech I, you would be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property.

Responsibilities Include:
- Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair.
- Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job..
- Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often time’s overhead.
- Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
- Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
What are we looking for?
- 0-6 months previous experience
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the work day
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
