The role
The Senior Director of Business Operations overseeing various operational aspects within Business Operations, the position also supports and leads other Regional Directors. Key responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, internal control, vendor management, and reserve tracking and planning. Specifically, the focus will be on maintaining the financial health of operations and reserves for all HOAs, thereby stabilizing overall financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Leads business support teams throughout each property ensuring internal controls are fully aligned with the company’s policies and standards
- Develops operating budgets, forecasts. tracks monthly performance against these projections for each HOA as well as Rental, The Club or Collections, Property Management and Retail where applicable
- Leads regular financial reviews with department heads to ensure alignment against projected goals are on track
- Manages purchase contracts and orders to ensure completeness and accuracy, reflecting the latest requirements, terms and conditions and in compliance with company-supplier agreements, and with all governing regulations.
- Tracks contract renewal dates and reports information to GM and appropriate manager and assist with negotiations of such renewals and terms
- Provides recommendations upward and laterally in the organization for controlling expenses and maximizing revenues and assist in providing downward organization direction on such recommendation and decisions
- Works on behalf of the HOA and Collections ensure accuracy of operating financials and performance against annual goals and partners with Association Management to provide updates to HOA and Collections (The Club) Boards as needed

Experience required
- BA/BS/bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in positions of increased responsibility in Business Development, Business Support, Financial Operations, Hotel Management or Revenue Management.
- Timeshare Industry Experience is required
