- Monitor guest occupancy and manage room assignments effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- A collaborative mindset, willing to work independently and as part of a team.
