Position Statement:

The Digital Marketing Specialist – Web will support the enhancement of HGV Asia’s sales and marketing web presence to ensure an ideal online customer experience, keeping in line with our Hilton values, inspiring customers to go further and share more.  

Position Summary:

スペシャリストは主に、マーケティングキャンペーンのランディングページ・メールなどの制作を担当し、スーパーバイザーの指導の下、HGV Asiaの販売およびマーケティングウェブサイトを維持管理します。またスペシャリストはウェブサイトの制作と管理、SEO / SEM、ウェブコンテンツ、および管理から、デジタルマーケティング部門のさまざまな仕事もサポートします。このポジションは、Webデザイナーやスーパーバイザーと密接に連携し、スケジュールを含む制作管理も担当します。

The specialist will mainly focus on managing online marketing content, maintaining HGV Asia’s sales and marketing websites and creating/updating email templates. The specialist will also support various parts of the Digital Marketing department, from website creation and management, SEO/SEM and other administrative functions. This position will work closely with digital marketing team to ensure that production deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications:

ウェブサイト制作管理開発経験3年以上

HTML、CSS、および他のWebツールの使用経験

デジタルチャンネル（電子メール、ウェブ、インタラクティブ、ソーシャルなど）用のHTML制作能力

コンテンツ管理システム（CMS: WordPress, Contentfulなど）での作業経験

SEOを意識したウェブサイトの作成経験、理解 

SNSおよびWebコンテンツの企画・制作・運用経験

コミュニケーション能力。社内クライアントおよびベンダーとの協業経験

WindowsとMacの両方のプラットフォーム経験

マネジャーや役員の要請に応じたプロジェクトの遂行

言語能力：日本語（母国語）、英語（読み書き）

細部にも注意を払える方

チームプレーヤー  

3+ years experience in web development

Experience working with HTML, CSS, others

Able to build html-based assets for digital channels (email, web, interactive, social, etc.)

Experience working with content management systems (WordPress, Sitecore or others)

Understanding of how to create SEO friendly websites

Experience creating/managing content for SNS and web

Strong communications skills; ability to communicate with internal clients as needed

Experience with both Windows and Mac platforms

Team player

Perform ad-hoc projects as requested by mgmt.

Language proficiency: Japanese (fluent); English (reading/writing)

Preferred Qualifications:
 

JavaScript、PHP, ウェブデザインの経験

SEMやその他の有料デジタルマーケティングツール（AdWords、SNS有料広告）の経験

語学力：英語（ビジネスレベル）、韓国語（ビジネスレベル）

Web design experience

Working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP  

Experience with SEM or other paid digital marketing tools (i.e. AdWords, SNS paid ads)

Attention to detail

Language proficiency: English (business level), and/or Korean (business level)
