仕事内容

As a Welcome Center Representative you would be responsible for:

* Check in guests, Qualify Guest, NQ Guest, assigning tour times, modifying tour times,
Rescheduling mini-vacation packages, cancelling mini-packages and creating mini-vacation packages.
* Must reconcile tickets and bank inventory daily.
* Thorough knowledge of local area and major attractions is a must.
* Agents must perform confirmation calls for all pre-arrivals.
* Verify all late arrivals checked-in their assigned hotel and confirm their assigned tour date and time.
* Answer phones professionally and with-in 3 rings.
* And other assignments as requested by management.

This year’s @hawaiilodging Charity Walk united the Hawaiian hospitality community in a day of unity and fellowship from Waikoloa to Maui. Walkers joined together to raise funds for local nonprofits across the islands. Our Team Members on Oahu, Kauai, the Big Island and Maui supported participants and enjoyed a day of community. This year, we raised over $28,000 to support @hawaiilodging mission. Every contribution was dedicated to organizations in need, ensuring local communities receive the critical support they deserve. What an incredible day to give back! Over 100 Hilton Grand Vacations Team Members and HGV Members came together for the first Operation Homefront Back-to-School Brigade®. With enthusiasm and teamwork, we filled 1,500 backpacks with essential school supplies, helping military children and families prepare for the 2025–2026 school year. A huge thank you to our Military TMRG, HGV leaders and everyone who volunteered. Your generosity and dedication made this event a huge success. We’re proud to partner with Operation Homefront and continue making a difference through #HGVServes, one backpack at a time.
