• Ensure the daily wash of towels is attended to in-house and count /bag the bed linen for the collection by our external laundry provider
• Perform stock checks for Suite & Lodge Linen/towels etc
• Ensure linen & towel stocks are rotated
• Manage the work flow in the laundry and ensure laundry is working efficiently to meet business needs
• Manage and train Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
• Allocate work duties to Team Members.
• Report and follow up on any machine defects or other maintenance issues
• Manage resort uniform stock and ordering as required
• Assist with the Lodge/Suite deep cleaning processes and any other projects as required
• Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
• Ensure the adherence to Resort brand standards at all times
• Support the Housekeeping Department Supervisory and Management Team

Excellent grooming standards
A successful track record of working with and managing a team would be preferred
Strong organizational and analytic skills and attention to detail
- Experience of managing people, ideally, using a coaching style to ensure consistently high standards on a weekly basis
Strong communication skills – A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar position
