This is a remote role open to Central Florida Based Candidates.
What Will I be Doing?
The Sr. HOA Accounts Receivable Representative position performs various duties related to servicing HOA accounts receivable, including but not limited to daily deposits, administrative processing, owner communication, and training / procedure documentation. All support functions must be completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner. This position is responsible for assisting all members of the HOA Accounts Receivable staff.
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Deposit owner payments using the remote scanner on a daily basis.
- Process lockbox file, reconcile owner payments, and facilitate corrections / adjustments on a daily basis.
- Process owner assessments, including maintenance fees, penalty fees, and club dues as needed.
- Document work instructions and operational procedures and facilitate training of staff and new hires.
- Monitor and adjust collection fees on a daily basis.
- Complete customer service requests received directly or through VOICE comments and/or AR Support email as needed.
- Process owner refunds via check request or credit card.
- Update the VOICE and V2 A/R systems as necessary.
- Assist fellow team members, Portfolio Services & HGV Club staff with questions.
- Respond to telephone calls subject to monitoring and recording for quality and compliance.
- Carry out any reasonable request by management, which the employee is capable of performing.
What Are We Looking For:
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience
- High School/GED
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Must have a good command of Excel functions
