We turned the tables on two of Hilton Grand Vacations\u2019 talent acquisition Team Members and interviewed\u00a0them<\/em>\u00a0about their experiences. See how they respond to tried-and-true interview questions and their advice for job-seekers interested in a career with Hilton Grand Vacations.<\/p>

Sable A. and Randi L. are part of the talent acquisition team at Hilton Grand Vacations. For those unfamiliar with the recruitment world, talent acquisition is all about hiring top talent and creating ways to increase retention and attract talent (like you).<\/p>

Randi has been a Hilton employee for over 10 years. \u201cI started my career with Hilton Worldwide in 2012, where I recruited for the call center,\u201d she recalled. \u201cI joined Hilton Grand Vacations in 2015 as a senior\u00a0recruiter\u00a0for the corporate recruitment team. I\u2019ve been involved with corporate recruitment ever since.\u201d<\/p>

\u201cI\u2019ve grown\u00a0immensely<\/em>\u00a0while at Hilton Grand Vacations,\u201d she added. \u201cI credit my professional growth to the company and all the wonderful leaders I\u2019ve learned from. However, I\u2019m most proud of all the great Team Members we hired. It\u2019s the best feeling as a\u00a0recruiter to positively impact someone\u2019s life and provide them with a job that they love.\u201d If you\u2019re passionate about\u00a0putting people first<\/a>, you\u2019ll find a fulfilling career with Hilton Grand Vacations.<\/p>

While Sable hasn\u2019t been with Hilton Grand Vacations for as long, she\u2019s found mentors who\u2019ve helped her grow. \u201cMy journey with Hilton Grand Vacations started in March 2022,\u201d said Sable. \u201cOne of my greatest accomplishments was promoting a well-deserving recruiter\u00a0on my team to senior\u00a0recruiter,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s amazing to support the growth of my team.\u201d<\/p>

Another way Team Members support each other\u2019s growth is through Team Member Resource Groups, where those of similar backgrounds can come together for support and form a community.\u00a0Women<\/a>,\u00a0PRIDE<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0diverse abilities<\/a>\u00a0are just some of the TMRGs that Team Members can join.<\/p>

\u201cThere are many things I love about working for Hilton Grand Vacations,\u201d said Sable. \u201cBut\u00a0culture<\/a>\u00a0is at the top of the list \u2014 from the\u00a0growth opportunities<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0professional development<\/a>\u00a0to work-life balance.
