Supervises housekeeping operations to include rooms, common area and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort’s high standards of cleanliness.

Position Summary:
- Assists in training housekeeping staff, including safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines.
- Assists in scheduling staff according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees.
- Inspects guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort.
- Maintains inventory at appropriate par levels ensure employees have necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties.
- Perform shift associated work such as room assignment, vacant room discrepancy reports, and departure reports.
- Assist in all department meetings.
- Documents and communicates maintenance request to engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assists in the performance review process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule-able to work varied days and shifts to include weekend and holidays.
- Proficient English language communication skills to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and
