As a Sales Gallery Receptionist & Front Desk, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless operation at the Sales Gallery Front Desk by exhibiting professional, friendly and courteous demeanor in all interactions with guests, upper management and other staff members to set a positive environment for the Sales Executives.
- Responsible for updating system with tour information when assigning guests to Sales Executives (SE) according to the day’s rotation
- Maintain the Sales Gallery Front Desk while answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Rotate in other positions and follow business rules as defined by the sales office in accordance to the business needs of each sales location
- Work with management to identify, research and solve problems relating to guest, transportation, schedules, gifting and tour modifications
- Obtain Sales Executives’ attendance for tour assignment purposes
- Preparation of daily SE rotation and adjustments are made accurately following all line rules to ensure the integrity of the tour rules and rotation are maintained
- Follows required script in greeting and seating guests while providing high level of customer service through warm welcome and guest satisfaction
- Maintain the SE rotation accurately and contact the SE on point
- Record and assignment of VIP and Podium tours
- Accountable for inputting information in system and on paper timely and accurately
- Verify all computer input at the end of day including reporting of tour exception information with accuracy and timeliness
- Make sure all necessary reporting is received, verified and distributed on time and paper planners are prepared
- Participation in skill assessments for training and development will be mandatory
- Other duties as assigned

- 1+ years of proven administrative/clerical duties in an office setting experience
- 1+ years of guest or customer service experience
- Ability to provide feedback to internal and external customers
- Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in English
- Able to work a flexible work schedule including night, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 4+ years of administration in a professional office setting
- 2+ years or more in guest service in a branded hotel or in a customer service area
- Ability to support other teams through leadership, resolving conflict and complex issues
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s degree
