We are looking for a Groundsperson to join our team at our beautiful MountainLoft Resort in Gatlinburg, TN. As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

• When: Every Friday and Saturday
• Time: 10am to 2pm
• Location: 110 Mountain Loft Drive, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 – Go to the Front Desk and ask for the Chief Engineer.

Schedule Details: Full – Time; Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised.
• Maintain the property grounds, including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness
• Transport tools, materials and supplies as required.
• Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by the leader.

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Push/pull up to 50lbs
• Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
