We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cancun Resort.

Responsibilities include:
- Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders.
- Conduct building rounds and maintain proper records and documentation.
- Repairs boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, electrical and A/C (air conditioning) equipment.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus
- Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment.
- Set up and operate machine tools such as grinder or drill to repair and fabricate machine parts.
- May be required to do other duties
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field is required.
Ability to obtain the following Licenses & certifications within 90 days of hire:
- Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification.
- OSHA 10.
- Driver’s License (non-commercial) – must be state-specific.
