Seasonal operates from approximately May 1 – Sept 30th each year.
Currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties! Are you someone whose service orientated, courtesy, wanting to ensure our owners/guests receive the highest standards of quality of beverage, food and service.
What will I be doing?
As a Cook you would be responsible for:
- Handles foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
- Use knives correctly and safely.
- Set up, restock, organize, clean and maintain workspace.
- Follows all recipes and prepares food with quality and consistency.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, it is preferred to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School / GED (preferred)
- 1+ yrs experience in a fast-paced restaurant
