Hilton Grand Vacations is one of the nation’s leading Vacation and leisure companies. We are the official vacation ownership provider for Bass Pro Shops®, Cabela’s and Choice Hotels®.

This open sales manager position will be managing the team inside of the Bass Pro Shops located at 100 Bass Pro Dr, Pearl, MS 39208

Vacation Sales Managers are part of our Retail Marketing team which markets and sells our affordable, family friendly mini vacation packages through our retail locations based in Cabela’s and Bass Pro shops throughout the country.

As a Vacation Sales Manager you will lead and maintain a high-performing team in a fun working environment! You will be responsible for staffing, developing and leading a highly impactful forward-facing sales team of 5-7 Sales Representatives that will engage with potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages.

Your Sales Reps earn uncapped commission!

The more they sell, the more they earn and the more you earn! On average your team can close on a sale in less than 10 minutes to happy customers excited to go on vacation!

What an incredible day to give back! Over 100 Hilton Grand Vacations Team Members and HGV Members came together for the first Operation Homefront Back-to-School Brigade®. With enthusiasm and teamwork, we filled 1,500 backpacks with essential school supplies, helping military children and families prepare for the 2025–2026 school year. A huge thank you to our Military TMRG, HGV leaders and everyone who volunteered. Your generosity and dedication made this event a huge success. We’re proud to partner with Operation Homefront and continue making a difference through #HGVServes, one backpack at a time.
