This open sales manager position will be managing the team inside of the Bass Pro Shops located at 175 Bass Pro Blvd, Denham Springs, LA 70726

Vacation Sales Managers are part of our Retail Marketing team which markets and sells our affordable, family friendly mini vacation packages through our retail locations based in Cabela’s and Bass Pro shops throughout the country.

As a Vacation Sales Manager you will lead and maintain a high-performing team in a fun working environment! You will be responsible for staffing, developing and leading a highly impactful forward-facing sales team of 5-7 Sales Representatives that will engage with potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages.

Your Sales Reps earn uncapped commission!

The more they sell, the more they earn and the more you earn! On average your team can close on a sale in less than 10 minutes to happy customers excited to go on vacation!

Guided by our commitment to mālama and #HGVServes, a group of Waikoloa Team Members lent their time and effort to prepare and serve 741 meals to those in need. The team also helped at the church's thrift store, sorting donations and organizing the space. We're proud to make a positive impact and strengthen our bond with the Waimea community. "Serving is what our teams do best, and we're always thrilled when we're able to serve those in our communities," said Freddy L., general manager of Ocean Tower. "These are our neighbors and community members who take care of us everyday, so we're eager to be able to do the same for them and provide warm meals. This is the second time we're supporting St. James, and we look forward to doing it many more times."
