We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Horizons at 77th Resort in Myrtle Beach. This outstanding resort is just steps away from the South Carolina coastline. In this position, you will supervise housekeeping operations to include rooms, common areas, and heart of the house to achieve and maintain the resort’s standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities Include:
- Making sure guests requests are met in a timely manner.
- Communicating with Maintenance and Front Desk: Maintenance needs, if a room needs to be put offline, etc.
- Quality checking rooms daily.
- Keeping Front Desk agents and room matrix updated on room status’.
- Ordering supplies for housekeeping and laundry, and amenities for rooms.
- Ensuring all public areas of the lodge are clean and well kept.
- Build housekeeping schedule and housekeeper needs.
- Other duties as assigned by your leader.
Schedule Details:
You will be required to work 8:00am – 5:00pm, including weekends and holidays,
What are we looking for:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
- Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
Preferred, but not required:
- CPR/First Aid
- 2+ years of Supervisory experience
