May be responsible for one or more of the following with an emphasis on planning and implementing property renovations though-out the HGV, HVC, Bluegreen and all brands.
- Defining scope of work with our internal cliental and conveying clear directions to design team.
- Establish budget for the work through estimating; establish practical project time.
- Negotiate and prepare appropriate agreements for all parties necessary in the execution of the work, including bid packages and contract documents.
- Provide proper analysis of business partners, of the bids received with a recommendation for selection of the general contractor.
- Establish communication procedures and set up appropriate tracking of necessary approvals.
- Work with appropriate designers and engineers to ensure all standards are met.
- Work with the purchasing group to ensure budgets and timetables are met.
- Ensure that drawings are correct and coordinated so that appropriate scope is defined between consultants of different expertise.
- Assure that execution of project is performed in a professional manor, and all documentation is in order.
- Ensure invoices are reviewed for conformance with documentation requirements and the completion status.

- Completes all the required Company training/compliance courses assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- 5+ years of project management related experience
- Ability to effectively lead teams and redirect work as needed
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong skills in time management
- Ability to coordinate and lead multiple priorities
- Performs well with frequent disruptions or distractions
