We are looking for a Groundsperson at Beachwoods Resort. This outstanding resort is a hidden gem and a year-round destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. As landscaping/groundsperson you will be responsible for the caring for and maintaining of the resort grounds including basic landscape and general cleanliness, to ensure an attractive, clean appearance of the resort.

What will I be doing?

Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness
May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for?

Ability to follow simple instructions both verbal and written.
Push/pull up to 100lbs, Climb stairs and ladders, working at heights of up to 40 feet

Last week, we wrapped up an incredible 10-week journey with our 2025 summer internship class. 🎉 Throughout the summer, they embraced the power of collaboration, discovered the true meaning of hospitality and experienced what it feels like to thrive in a workplace where they truly belong. Together, they gave back with over 200 hours of volunteer service, sharpened their skills through more than 1,280 hours of professional development and many got the opportunity to continue their hospitality journey with us beyond their internship.
