We are looking for a Maintenance Tech I to join the team at Shore Crest Vacation Villas Resort in North Myrtle Beach. In this position, you will help maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property.

Schedule Details: This position operates on a modified swing shift, with hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
What will I be doing?
- Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair.
- Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job.
- Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead.
- Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
What are we looking for?
- 0-6 months previous experience.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday
- High school diploma or GED
