 Attendees will participate in a meeting and greet, a tour of the property, and on-site interviews for open positions with the opportunity to receive a conditional offer on the spot!

 What will I be doing as a Housekeeping Supervisor?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees.
• Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk.
• Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness.
• Displays professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct.
• Ensures the hotel aligns with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA.

• Minimum 6months -1-year housekeeping experience.
• 1-year supervisory experience
• Primary computer and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.
